Abstract
This interactive guide is designed to support K-12 school districts and schools to proactively improve school environments by supporting teacher development and building systems to promote positive student behaviors. Practices and strategies in the guide can be used to reduce exclusionary discipline and improve school climate and culture. Activities enable users to think critically about school discipline and invest in data-driven and prevention-oriented systems to address students' challenging and problematic behaviors.
