To appropriate seven hundred ninety-five dollars ($795) to the LSU Chapter of the Student Environmental Action Coalition (SEAC) to help defray the costs of sending delegates to the U.S. Student Climate Summit of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) November 18^th-25^th at The Hague, Netherlands.
