Abstract
This paper presents a concept of the measurement of Budeanu reactive power in nonsinusoidal systems, based on the wideband p/2-phase-shift networks. An example of such a meter for a band of ten harmonics is given. The measurement error due to imperfections of the 7p/2-phase-shift networks is also analyzed.
