Abstract
Nanocrystalline Mg 3Al-EDTA-HTLcs with the particle size being 20~100 nm and the good dispersion were fleetly prepared by the technology of the microwave-crystallization and low saturated state of coprecipitation. The thus synthesized sample with good chelation was applied to a wastewater treatment of high concentrations of heavy metal ions. The results of XRD and IR show that the synthesized compounds have the structure of the HTLcs in the range of 50°C~90°C reaction temperature, 0.5 h~6 h reaction time and 5 min~45 min microwave-crystallization time, moreover, the results of XRD show the intensities of peaks are strong and acute, exhibiting that the well crystallized Mg 3Al-EDTA-HTLcs with ordered crystal structure are obtained. The optimal Mg 3Al-EDTA-HTLcs was used to treat the high concentration of Cu 2+ in one hour, the absorption rate can reach 50%.
