Abstract
The clinicopathological signs of renal failure induced in rats by weekly i.v. administration of cis-diamminedichloroplatinum(ll) were prevented by pretreatment with furosemide. Weight loss, anemia, and generalized toxic effects of the drug were not effected by furosemide. © 1977, American Association for Cancer Research. All rights reserved.
