Search for νμ → νe and ν̄μ → ν̄e oscillations at NuTeV

Abstract
A search for oscillations was reported in both the νμ → νe and νμ → νe channels using a sign-selected neutrino beam. The energy and spatial distributions of νμ charged-current (CC) events in the detector provided a determination of the flux of pions and kaons in the decay channel. Results showed good agreement between the GEANT simulation of electrons and the test beam data.
