Abstract

In an earlier paper we have pointed out the advantage of null Faraday rotation measurements in the case of intraband phenomena, using a classical model for the free electron plasma. Further results are given here and then we present an extension to interband transitions by considering a model of classically bound electrons. Particular emphasis is placed on the application to MOS systems. © 1982.
