Abstract
Quantum limit sensitivity of coherent dark-state magnetometers were discussed. The key elements of such device is the resonantly enhanced index of refraction and the narrow feature of the electromagnetically induced transparency. Results showed that the generation of pairs of entangled photons can be achieved by parametric down conversion.
