David Bacher is a PhD candidate in Astronautical Engineering at the University of Southern California and a Pathways Intern at NASA Langley Research Center. John Cooper is a Research Aerospace Technologist at NASA Langley Research Center. Both authors work in the Autonomous Systems Research Branch at Langley, where they develop autonomy for In-Space Assembly applications.
