Abstract
ILLiad, an online interlibrary loan service widely used in libraries, generates detailed reports that support the assessment of interlibrary loan workflows and services. The data generated by these reports may also be utilized in nontraditional ways to inform e-resource troubleshooting workflows and collection development procedures. Louisiana State University assessed ILLiad data over the span of a year to determine best practices for e-resource troubleshooting, as well as to enhance staff training. Austin Peay State University reviewed ILLiad data to develop and implement a new collection development program. This combined presentation details the impact of ILLiad data in shaping new procedures for each respective university and provides insight into the potential of nontraditional applications of ILLiad report data.
