Abstract
The villain henchman William Goon and his band of friends confront the problems presented by working for different supervillains. In the first part, the Goons confront the troubles of economic hardship and low engagement as they work for the supervillain Turtleman, trying to promote a book they’ve written on what it means to be a villain. In the second part, William finds employment working for Mad Cap, after being fired from his previous job. While working for Mad Cap, he confronts the challenge of being employed by a boss who treats villainy as a profit incentive, rather than a thoughtful movement. In the third part, William Goon finds himself elevated to the status of supervillain. While working as a supervillain, however, he finds the challenges to be more than he can handle, as his past comes back to hurt him in unexpected ways.
