Abstract
Gone Bodies is a book length collection of poems that explores iterations of selves and the relationship of the body to the external world through both brief lyrics and long poems. It is organized in three sections: Unsteady Forms, Later Languages, and Falling Enough. These sections create a structure that moves from an internal, unstable sense of self towards a future facing stabilized identity that does not leave behind the tension of iterative and multiple selves but finds a way to move forward in spite of this tension.
