Abstract
Side-scan sonar, high-resolution seismic, and echo-sounder data, coupled with the results of other reef-related studies on Grand Cayman Island, show that abundant sediments have accumulated on the deep fore-reef shelf. The most important accumulation sites are on the downdrift NW and SW flanks of the island, where gradients from high to low energy are maximized.-from Author
