Abstract
The paper presents the results of study of the phase-shift sensitivity with respect to the network function poles location inaccuracy for the wide-band pi /2 phase - shift networks. The investigation embodies the phase-shift sensitivity dependence on the degree of Chebyshev's polynomial used for the phase-shift error approximation, and on the relative band of pi /2 phase-shift. It is shown, as well, that for such networks the phase-shift is highly insensitive to the same relative changes of all network function poles location. This insensibility induces some important conclusions for the designer of the networks, its manufacturing and adjustment process.
