Abstract
The robustness of a class of stabilizing control laws for nonlinear systems with either stationary bifurcation or Hopf bifurcation is analyzed, where the critical modes are not linearly controllable. The uncertainty set consisting of memoryless state feedbacks tolerated by these control laws and a search for the more robust control in the sense that it admits a larger uncertainty set is possible is characterized. All conditions characterized are computable, hence, the results can be used as a guidance for choosing a robust stabilizing controller for bifurcated systems in the given forms.
