NC machining-oriented embedded-adaptive control

Abstract
NC (numerical control) system is integrated with adaptive processing technology by using the PLC (program logic controller) of 7-axis NC system. In this integrated method, the cutting load signal is acquired from the motor driver servo without sensors to implement cutting load controlling; the fuzzy controller is designed according to the actual process. The validity is verified by processing propeller. The experiment indicates that the controlling process is stable, while the tools and machines are protected and the efficiency is improved.
