Uniform global asymptotic stability for nonlinear systems under input delays and sampling of the controls
We study nonlinear time varying continuous time systems that are globally asymptotically stabilizable by state feedbacks. We study their stability in closed loop with controls that are corrupted by both sampling and time delays. We prove uniform global asymptotic stability using a new type of Lyapunov approach. © 2013 AACC American Automatic Control Council.
