Abstract
We study stabilization problems for a broad class of time varying linear systems that have constant input delays. Our reduction model method allows arbitrarily long delays, and it establishes input-to-state stability with respect to additive uncertainties. We apply our work to a large class of rapidly time varying systems, and we provide a lower bound on the admissible rapidness parameters. We illustrate our results using a pendulum model. © 2013 IEEE.
