Magneto-photocurrent multibands of VI4O12 and Fe5IO7 Micro-Films

Abstract
VI4O12 and Fe5IO7 were prepared by using sol-gel method. FTIR and SEM were applied to characterize the samples. The spectroscopy of resistance versus the temperature from 25 °C to 700 °C was measured. Based on an autonomous monitoring system, we monitored the adjustment of the photocurrent through the magnetic field in VI4O12 and Fe5IO7. The photocurrent multibands were observed. A theoretical model in terms of variation of spin polarization is derived to explain the existing of photocurrent transition peaks.
