Abstract
The field of scanning diagnostic equipment to for medical visualization is an enormous field of present day research. In order to narrow it down, we focused on some recent and emerging techniques that is being developed in the field of nucleic acid based bio- sensors for medical diagnostics. DNA is a highly programmable biomolecule that can interact with various materials easily and produce rapid responses. Due to its, tunable properties it can also be coupled with nano composites and helps to detect various properties in cells which ultimately contributes massively in the field of medical diagnostics. In this paper, we tried to focus on both of these aspects of nucleic acids to develop biosensors.
